An AKC Master Hunter whose pedigree speaks for itself. Orvis is an exceptional wild bird hunter, hard driving, and excellent retriever on land and water. He is a very meticulous dog, using his head more than most, which made him super easy to train. He is an exceptional dog in all aspects; hunting, competition, show ring and at home. Orvis passes down both great confirmation and intelligence in his offspring. Several from past litters have gone on to excel in field trial / hunt tests in both AKC and Navhda circuits. He is very good around children and family, knowing how to turn off as soon as he comes in the house.

Rip is from our first Dylan x Orvis litter. He showed high potential at a young age, and has been the best addition to our kennel. He has continued to excel in his dad's footsteps, gaining his Master Hunter title at the young age of 3. He is an exceptional field dog and family companion. He shines just as much in the water as he does in the field. He is all the good things you could ask for; Intelligent, high drive, and family oriented.
